Dockside is a wonderful spot! Kylee is awesome for facials and waxing. She is so kind, gives you the best possible experience, and has provided me with great skin results! My fiancé has also visited Dockside Salon for hair cuts. We are very happy to have such a wonderful salon in the community!

Hannah has been incredible! I have a hard time trusting with my hair and she has been doing an amazing job. I even brought my little one to her and she was so great. Definitely highly recommend.

Best haircut and salon experience I’ve ever had! The staff is so sweet and friendly, the gorgeous girl who got me checked in offered me a glass of ice water, and I got into the chair in no time! Lauren really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was expecting, I love it! She talked me through what she was doing, asked me genuine questions about my life, and gave me some great hair tips. Overall, it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back!

Love this salon! From the first time we went there, we have only had good experiences. I last minute changed salons to use them after a bad trial at another salon three years ago. They did an amazing job getting all our girls hair and makeup done. Since then I've been using them for haircuts and colors and they always do a great job. I have seen multiple different stylists and they always do great. I love their online scheduling! My husband also gets haircuts here and most recently we have begun bringing our 2 year old.

I live in the Muskegon area and was hoping to find local vendors for our wedding. The ladies over at Dockside knocked it out of the park. On our wedding day, they worked SO fast and completed hair and makeup for 7 of us girls. Now that being said, I am terrible at make up and could never make myself look the way the girls did! I am still so thankful! The pictures from our wedding turned out amazing. If you are even considering going to Dockside, DO IT.

I always saw Annie and have never been disappointed. I get my hair cut short but have some pretty wild growth patterns that makes it more difficult to work with than one would expect, and I am very particular about how I would like it to look, making me a bit of a challenge of a client. Not everyone is up to the challenge. To be honest, it takes me a bit of looking to find someone that has the patience, let alone skill, to deal with my nutso cowlicks and many requests. I told Annie all of this from the start, before booking the first appointment. Nonetheless, she was willing to take on the challenge. From the first haircut, she did great job. She patiently listened to all of my requests for further tweaks and touch-ups, and I always have a lot. But I also had less and less with each appointment. Needless to say, I would recommend making an appointment with her. She certainly knows what she's doing and is also just an interesting person who's easy to get along with.

I’ve been going here the past 7 months and have only good things to say. The price is average for a salon, little more expensive than the “men’s haircut” chains like sport clips but always better cuts. The staff is friendly and inviting. Great quality haircuts every time.
